BACKGROUND

In the context of the current economic and development imperatives, students are expected to be agile and be able to respond to the diverse challenges in order to get placed in the rapidly changing industry. Industry dynamics are changing year on year and there is a great need for all academic institutions to continuously align with industry trends in order to ensure their students are developed not only as employable pool but also as deployable talent. The major objective of any educational institution is to identify the talented and qualified students and to have them placed in leading corporate companies before they complete their education. For ICT Industry partners in our endeavour to support bridging the Industry-Academia gap, brings to you the “Industry On Campus” Model. In this model, an Educational Institution will provide you a bare shell of space or a semi furnished space for a company to setup its office and operate. You can make this as your spoke location (WNH) and enable your employees to work from this workspace and connect it to your nearest Hub Location. This model can benefit your organization in multiple ways and can serve as a great retention tool.
